RCS Trucking & Freight, Inc. is committed to providing our drivers with a competitive pay structure and comprehensive benefits package. Both Regional and OTR drivers receive weekly pay and full benefits.

Flatbed

Percentage-based pay starting at 27%, with quarterly performance increases beginning after 90 days
Top pay rate of Over 30%, achievable within two years
$65 tarp pay
Detention pay available after two hours of waiting
Benefits available on the first of the month following 30 days of employment
Two weeks of paid time off (PTO) per year
