RCS Trucking & Freight, Inc. is committed to providing the highest level of training to our flatbed drivers to ensure they are prepared to operate in a safe and efficient manner before ever hauling their first load.

Orientation

Highlights of our training program include:

• All new drivers are put through a 2 day orientation prior to getting on the road driving to ensure they know all the company policies and procedures.
• Orientation pay is $500 or $250 per day
• Company provided transportation to orientation
• Lodging on-premises
• Breakfast & Lunch provided
• Company car available for new hires

• $1,000 training pay per week
• 2-week Load Securement training
• 2 weeks OTR with a certified trainer
• Must have 1yr of verifiable driving experience with CDL-A
